Please Read Carefully Prior to Requesting an Appointment

Thank you for considering Ozark Import Specialists for your European auto repair needs. Please give us your contact information and tell us the year, make, and model of vehicle. Please also explain the problem you are experiencing and any recent work you've had done.

IMPORTANT: Please request a date and time before 9:00 am on a Monday through Friday that you are able to drop your vehicle off with us for at least half a day. Please wait until we send you an email in return to either confirm the appointment or request another day if our workload is too heavy that day.

We do offer both early dropoff and late pickup. If you have an emergency issue with a vehicle that is overheating or does not run, please call us at 479-751-0800 to arrange for service as soon as possible.

Please also keep in mind that we do not work on domestic vehicles or vehicles older than 2005. If you need help finding someone to work on these vehicles please don't hesitate to give us a call and we'll try to steer you in the right direction.
