Technician Qualifications
Required or Strongly Preferred
- Minimum 5 years of European auto repair experience
- Strong diagnostic skills
- Ability to perform high-quality repairs and maintenance
- Own and bring a general toolbox
- Valid and current driver's license
- Willing to work Monday through Friday
- Strong pride in good workmanship
Helpful Experience
- ASE certifications
- Manufacturer certifications
- European diagnostic experience
- Team leadership experience
- Electrical, drivability, suspension, cooling system, and maintenance diagnostics
- Experience communicating clearly with service advisors and other technicians
