Vehicle requirements: Our workflow is focused on European vehicles 20 years old or newer. We are not set up for classics or domestic models.
Drop-off: Request a weekday time no later than 9:00 AM and plan to leave the vehicle for at least half a day, often longer depending on the work.
Confirmation: Do not make plans around the requested date until we reply and confirm the appointment.
Early arrivals: An Early Bird Drop-Off Box is available between the front doors.
Emergencies: If the vehicle is overheating, will not run or is undriveable, call 479-751-0800 instead of waiting for the form.
