Our Springdale shop has worked with Porsches for five decades and provides maintenance, diagnostics and repair for modern Porsche sports cars, sedans and SUVs from across Northwest Arkansas.
From synthetic oil service, PDK maintenance, brakes, spark plugs and wheel alignment to cooling-system repairs, air-oil separator problems, transfer-case concerns and more involved mechanical repairs, our goal is to protect the driving experience while addressing the underlying concern correctly.
Newer Porsche vehicles increasingly use protected diagnostic access for certain service, adaptation and control-module functions. Ozark Import Specialists can perform SFD and SFD2 security authorization on supported Porsche vehicles, allowing us to access protected functions that many independent repair shops may not be equipped to perform.

Do you charge for Porsche diagnostics?
Yes. Proper diagnosis requires skilled labor, European-focused scan tools, technical information and hands-on testing. The goal is to identify the cause of the problem before recommending parts or repairs.
What type of parts do you use?
Whenever possible, we use OEM or OES parts selected for the correct fit, specification and performance.
Do I need an appointment?
Yes. We recommend scheduling in advance by phone or through our appointment form. Appointment time is the vehicle drop-off time and does not necessarily indicate the exact time a technician will begin diagnosis or repair.
Do you work on older Porsche vehicles?
Our workflow is focused on modern daily-driven vehicles. We no longer work on classic vehicles or vehicles more than 20 years old because of parts availability and other issues associated with older vehicles.
