Experienced, Quality-Driven Technician

Ozark Import Specialists is a well-established European auto repair shop in Springdale looking for an experienced technician who takes pride in accurate diagnostics, clean repairs and professional workmanship.

This is a full-time Monday–Friday role with no weekends. It is a strong fit for someone who already has substantial European repair experience and wants to work in a shop where advanced diagnostics and quality workmanship matter.

Our technicians commonly work on Audi, BMW, Jaguar, Land Rover, Mercedes-Benz, MINI, Porsche, Volkswagen and Volvo vehicles, along with selected other European and exotic models.

Pay, benefits & schedule

A Stable Monday–Friday Position

Compensation depends on experience and ability, with benefits and specialty equipment provided by the shop.

$30–$50 / Hour

Hourly pay range based on relevant experience, diagnostic ability and workmanship.

No Weekends

Full-time Monday–Friday schedule with weekends off.

Technician qualifications

What We Are Looking For

The right technician can diagnose problems, perform high-quality maintenance and repairs, and communicate professionally with service advisors and other technicians.

Strong electrical, drivability, suspension, cooling-system and maintenance diagnostic experience is valuable. ASE or manufacturer certifications and team-leadership experience are helpful but do not replace real hands-on ability.

Technicians must have a valid current driver’s license, bring a general toolbox and be willing to work the Monday–Friday schedule. Our current technicians typically flag approximately 40–60 hours in a week depending on workload and efficiency.

Required or Strongly Preferred

  • Minimum 5 years European auto repair experience
  • Strong diagnostic skills
  • High-quality repair and maintenance ability
  • General toolbox
  • Valid current driver’s license
  • Pride in professional workmanship
