Audi-focused European service
Modern Audi vehicles combine advanced electronics, turbocharged engines, sophisticated all-wheel-drive systems and tightly integrated chassis technology. Accurate service depends on understanding how those systems work together.
Ozark Import Specialists has worked on European automobiles in Northwest Arkansas for decades. Today we service modern Audi cars and SUVs for owners from Springdale, Bentonville, Rogers, Lowell, Fayetteville and surrounding communities using European-focused diagnostics, service information and the proper tooling for the job.
Whether your Audi is due for maintenance, has a warning light, is leaking fluid or has developed a drivability, braking or suspension concern, our approach is to diagnose it carefully, explain it clearly and repair it correctly.
Audi service capabilities
Common Audi work ranges from routine maintenance to diagnostics and mechanical repairs that require European-specific tools and service information.
A diagnostic-first approach
A fault code is a starting point, not a complete diagnosis. Modern Audi systems often require testing, measurement and an understanding of how multiple control modules interact.
That is why our shop invests in European-focused tools and technical information. The objective is to trace the concern to its cause, reduce unnecessary parts replacement and give you a clear explanation of what the vehicle needs now and what can wait.
Audi service questions
Helpful information about how we service and diagnose modern European vehicles.
Yes. Proper diagnosis requires skilled labor, European-focused scan tools, technical information and hands-on testing. The goal is to identify the cause of the problem before recommending parts or repairs.
Whenever possible, we use OEM or OES parts selected for the correct fit, specification and performance.
Yes. We recommend scheduling in advance by phone or through our appointment form. Appointment time is the vehicle drop-off time and does not necessarily indicate the exact time a technician will begin diagnosis or repair.
Our workflow is focused on modern daily-driven vehicles. We no longer work on classic vehicles or vehicles more than 20 years old because of parts availability and other issues associated with older vehicles.
European expertise. Local accountability.
