Volkswagen-focused European service
Modern Volkswagen vehicles combine turbocharged engines, networked electronics, direct injection and sophisticated transmission and chassis systems. Accurate service depends on using the correct specifications and understanding how those systems interact.
Ozark Import Specialists has specialized in European automobiles in Northwest Arkansas since 1975. From our Springdale shop, we service modern Volkswagen cars and SUVs including Golf and GTI models, Jetta, Passat, Tiguan, Taos and Atlas vehicles that fit our workflow.
From routine oil service and brakes to DSG maintenance, cooling-system repairs, warning lights, suspension wear and more involved mechanical work, we approach Volkswagen service with the same diagnostic-first process we use across the European makes we specialize in.
Volkswagen service capabilities
Volkswagen owners rely on us for scheduled maintenance, DSG service, cooling-system repairs, brakes, suspension, engine diagnostics and other mechanical or electrical repairs.
A diagnostic-first approach
Volkswagen fault codes often identify the system reporting a problem, not necessarily the failed component. Engine, transmission, ABS, body and network systems may share data and create symptoms in more than one place.
Our technicians use European-focused diagnostic equipment, technical information and direct testing to trace the concern to its cause and reduce unnecessary parts replacement.
Volkswagen service questions
Helpful information about how we service and diagnose modern European vehicles.
Yes. Proper diagnosis requires skilled labor, European-focused scan tools, technical information and hands-on testing. The goal is to identify the cause of the problem before recommending parts or repairs.
Whenever possible, we use OEM or OES parts selected for the correct fit, specification and performance.
Yes. We recommend scheduling in advance by phone or through our appointment form. Appointment time is the vehicle drop-off time and does not necessarily indicate the exact time a technician will begin diagnosis or repair.
Our workflow is focused on modern daily-driven vehicles. We no longer work on classic vehicles or vehicles more than 20 years old because of parts availability and other issues associated with older vehicles.
European expertise. Local accountability.
