Volvo-focused European service
Modern Volvo vehicles combine turbocharged powertrains, advanced safety systems, networked electronics and sophisticated all-wheel-drive and chassis technology. Proper diagnosis requires an understanding of the vehicle as a complete system.
Ozark Import Specialists has worked on European automobiles in Northwest Arkansas for decades. From our Springdale shop, we service modern Volvo sedans, wagons and SUVs including S60, S90, V60, XC40, XC60 and XC90 models that fit our repair workflow.
Whether your Volvo needs routine maintenance, brake work, a cooling-system repair, suspension service, electrical diagnosis or a more involved mechanical repair, we focus on testing the concern carefully and explaining the repair clearly.
Volvo service capabilities
Volvo owners rely on us for scheduled maintenance, brakes, cooling-system repairs, suspension work, AWD and drivetrain concerns, electrical diagnosis and mechanical repair.
A diagnostic-first approach
Volvo vehicles use multiple networked control modules for powertrain, chassis, safety and comfort functions. A warning message may be the result of a problem elsewhere in the system, so scan data needs to be supported by testing and service information.
Our diagnostic-first process is designed to identify the underlying cause before parts are replaced and to give the owner a straightforward explanation of what the vehicle needs.
Volvo service questions
Helpful information about how we service and diagnose modern European vehicles.
Yes. Proper diagnosis requires skilled labor, European-focused scan tools, technical information and hands-on testing. The goal is to identify the cause of the problem before recommending parts or repairs.
Whenever possible, we use OEM or OES parts selected for the correct fit, specification and performance.
Yes. We recommend scheduling in advance by phone or through our appointment form. Appointment time is the vehicle drop-off time and does not necessarily indicate the exact time a technician will begin diagnosis or repair.
Our workflow is focused on modern daily-driven vehicles. We no longer work on classic vehicles or vehicles more than 20 years old because of parts availability and other issues associated with older vehicles.
European expertise. Local accountability.
